The first Sherry Cocktail was the Sherry Cobbler dating back to 1840, blending together dry Sherry, shaken with a tablespoon of sugar, poured over a tall glass of crushed ice & garnished with fruit.

Method: Shake in shaker.

Garnish: Mix of red fruits and mint
